Chennai Super Kings started brightly beating Kolkata Night Riders by two runs but suffered two losses with Kings Eleven Punjab and Kochi Tuskers in the next three games though they beat Royal Challengers Bangalore. Mumbai Indians, one of the hot favorites lost their third game to Kochi Tuskers despite wining convincingly the first two and despite a century by the great Sachin Tendulkar. All these have put quite a substantial impact on the betting. So has been the three consecutive wins registered by Kolkata Night Riders after their initial loss.
